in a variety of styles to suit the customers need or required application. |

All lifters are proof tested exceeding
ANSI/ASME B30.20 standards.
The lifter is issued with a test certificate, painted safety yellow
and clearly marked on both sides with the rated capacity to conform to
OSHA standards. |

All tongs may be equipped with hold open
devices for ease of loading. |

The
Supporting Style Tong is equipped with feet that are
designed to support the load from underneath the product lifted.
Sufficient clearance is required to allow the feet to be inserted
and removed from underneath the load.

The
Adjustable Supporting Tong has feet that remain oriented
horizontally as the distance between the feet varies. The
load is supported from underneath while minimal force is applied
to the load horizontally. The lifter is equipped with a pin
and hole location to hold the unit in the open position
for ease of unloading and loading.

The
Pressure Style Tong uses horizontal forces applied
by grab arms which grip the vertical sides of the load. Padded
feet can be used to increase the friction coefficient between
contact surfaces of the load and lifter. Serrated or pointed
feet are also available to minimize the possibility of slippage.

Gripper Style Tong has grab arms that follow the contour
of the load surface. This configuration will provide support
below the center of gravity which offers additional holding
ability and is ideal for lifting cylindrical objects such
as rolls, tubes, etc..
